Creamy Coconut Sorbet

Easy and quick dessert using coconut.


Thick coconut milk from 3 coconuts blended and sieved
1 cup white sugar
4 tbsp full cream powdered milk diluted


Blend the coconut milk, sugar and full cream milk together adding a spoonful of the coconut pulp for texture.

Freeze the mixture for 24 hours.

Remove from the freezer, break the frozen mixture into pieces and blend again until smooth and creamy.

Freeze to set.

Can be served with banana jam.
